Request a comprehensive inspection like the Road Glide baseline. Require written measurements, condition findings, diagnostic scan and road-test observations, and photographs where helpful. Obtain authorization and a complete estimate before additional repairs or adjustments. Keep the SOA/Jax custom-build project separate from maintenance.

Attach invoice PDFs, inspection sheets, and photos to a service entry or the Low Rider S project-reference register. Files stay in this iPhone app’s browser storage (IndexedDB), not on Cloudflare or iCloud automatically. Older basic JSON backups do not include attachments; use Export COMPLETE backup below. Save original documents separately in iCloud Drive.

Attachments cannot be removed using this app. Export and retain originals in iCloud. Changing browsers, deleting site data, or removing the Home Screen app may lose locally stored attachments.

Road Glide — record verification

Superstition Harley-Davidson service entries summarize owner-reported September 30 inspection and October 4 pickup findings. Verify individual details against the original invoice and inspection records.

Documented invoice mileage baseline: 37,683 miles; this is not a verified current odometer reading. The 45K fuel-filter and 50K Legend suspension plans have been reconciled without deleting earlier entries.

No Cages (Plain City, Ohio): OPEN — awaiting email response. Stage 2 and oil-pump work is not yet independently verified against the requested records. Continue monitoring the oil-cooler fins, tires and windshield as previously documented.

Low Rider S — record verification

Recorded odometer: 11,668 miles (confirm at drop-off). The next comprehensive baseline inspection at Superstition Harley-Davidson is PLANNED, not scheduled or completed. Preferred contact: Dewey.

Previous service reportedly occurred at Buddy Stubbs Harley-Davidson; original Low Rider S service invoice and work details are not yet verified. Request independent, measured findings and owner authorization before additional work.

SOA/Jax FXDX-inspired build, spare tank and Ghosted Reaper paint references are customization/project documentation, not evidence of completed maintenance or installation.

Complete garage backup

Export one complete JSON archive containing both motorcycles' maintenance records, dated history, and PDF/photo attachments. Save it in iCloud Drive. Backups are not encrypted; keep them private. Large attachments can make the export large.

Existing older JSON backups remain useful for service records, but do not contain attachments. Do not clear website data or uninstall the Home Screen app. Restore should be tested with a separate device/browser before being relied upon for disaster recovery.
